Jeremy & Sherry started Norman’s Natural Candles with the best of intentions. Our decree is to create a candle company that truly cares about our customers and thrives on feedback. Back in 1991, Jeremy started making candles as a boy scout and always had that interest. Fast forward 17 years later and the thoughts of candles have grown into a reality. Together with three young boys, we began researching and gathering as much information that we could find on creating the perfect candle. With that, Norman’s Natural Candles began in 2008. We developed and group tested each and every product that we produce to give our customers the best with no exceptions. It took a lot of trial and error to get everything just right.

In the end, our customers will agree that things were better than anticipated! Our goal is to produce an exceptional quality product that does not ever let you down. In 2010, our family packed up and headed west. With the growth of our candle business, it was necessary to pursue a source for a store front and place to manufacture our growing list of products. The town of Grenora, ND opens the doors to our newest venture, Wild Country Artisan’s. This store has been a landmark in this town for almost 100 years! For the past 30+ years, this town has supported a ceramic business and now we are able to continue and grow this business. It has certainly been a pleasurable experience blending the two businesses. Sherry has been doing ceramics all her life as her Great Aunt owned a ceramic store in Northern Minnesota. This has certainly been a dream come true!
